Illinois Tool Works has announced that all operations within the label division (including Central Label Products, the label operations of Diagraph Mexico, and ITW Labels) will combine under one business name as ITW Labels. ITW Labels is a provider of custom label products and decals with a wide range of print and finishing capabilities including flexographic, screen print and digital.

Through the combination of each of these existing ITW businesses, it has extended capabilities and geographic coverage to provide customers with a single source solution for their label needs.  

ITW Labels has manufacturing facilities in Georgia, Missouri, Kansas and Mexico with sales offices across North America.  The company has also launched a new website.

This change is part of a larger enterprise initiative.  In 2013, ITW began the process of simplifying its divisional operating structure by scaling up hundreds of business units into larger, more competitive global divisions.  As a result of this initiative, the company’s operating divisions draw upon an enhanced pool of resources and scale to accelerate growth as well as provide new opportunities to drive costs and productivity improvements.
